Why Innovare
Innovare was founded on more than 20 years of hands-on experience in records management and IT across K-12 school districts, community colleges, and four-year universities. Our founder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Enterprise Architecture and Business Transformation, both from Penn State, along with a Graduate Certificate in Records and Information Management from Louisiana State University — a foundation that combines advanced degrees in IT and process improvement with a career of hands-on experience and specialized credentials in records and information management. Having worked inside the institutions we now serve, our founder understands firsthand the compliance pressures, audit demands, and day-to-day paperwork challenges that organizations face — and what it actually takes to solve them. That blend of academic training and real-world experience shapes every solution Innovare delivers, ensuring our approach isn’t just technically sound, but built around the information governance lifecycle and how institutions and businesses really operate.
Why Us
When it comes to document imaging and records management, bigger isn’t always better. As a small business, Innovare offers what large corporations often can’t: direct access to decision-makers, faster turnaround times, and solutions tailored to your institution’s specific needs rather than a one-size-fits-all package. You’re not another account number — you’re a priority.
With lower overhead than large corporations, we’re able to pass the savings on to you — delivering the same level of expertise and quality at a more competitive cost, without sacrificing service. Our size allows us to stay agile, adapt quickly to your requirements, and provide the kind of responsive, personalized service that helps you meet compliance deadlines and project timelines without getting lost in corporate red tape. Choosing Innovare means choosing a partner who’s genuinely invested in your success — without the corporate price tag.
